Artist History
Recording and performing experimental music since the early 1990s, the Reverend Rob has played with numerous Chicago no-wave bands including the Devil Bell Hippies and P. Nice Joplin, appeared live on WZRD, performed hundreds of shows, spent far too long in the recording studio, and has released several albums and limited-edition pressings. Since relocating in 1998, the Reverend Rob has continued to perform and record, shifting gears to mostly working live in the studio and distributing music via the Internet. Live shows are now events rather than habit, and a commitment to making the entire catalog available to interested fans is slowly becoming a reality with over sixty full-length songs available for download. |
