Artist History Shohei Narabe was in the Japanese pop music scene for 15 years as a composer, arranger, sound producer. In order to write his own music with a global view, he started living in New York City and Tokyo half & half since 1994. Since the beginning of 1999 he completely moved to NYC for good.
