Press Reviews
"Funky, punky and more explosive than a Zippo filled with napalm"-TOTAL GUITAR"...they rock in a staggeringly proficient Blues Against The Machine sex groove way that'll pull in the skate kids as well as the bikers."-NME"The kind of noise that will entrance the disaffected from all walks of life."-REQUEST"Take a smattering of Reef, a heavy-weight chunk of Rage Against The Machine and an unhealthy dollop of Lenny Kravitz, and you'll have a vague idea of where Moke are coming from. Big guitars, thudding bass-lines and classic rock vocals..."-FHM"Moke have the testosterone-fueled, blue collar passion of Springsteen, allied to the springloaded guitar dynamics of Reef...this debut album goes for the full-on, mid-Atlantic stadium effect."-VOX |
