Artist description _actual time_ is a strange intersection of crunchy riffs, chaotic polyrhythms, theoretical composition, and odd meters, including diverse elements gathered from jazz, fusion, classical, and metal. We write and record technical metal instrumentals that feature heavy syncopated riffs in polyrythmic meters.

Artist History Originally a progressive thrash band, we evolved into instrumental technical/jazz/thrash/fusion, with this lineup assembling in Fall 1998. We released our first CD "actual time" in August 1999, and our second CD "time frame" in January 2002.
