Artist History Singer/songwriter Victoria Robertson (aka Kitty Hipkiss)is actively involved in boosting the morale of American military soldiers and sailors. Growing up on the East coast she decided to persue music in California. Working with various bands, she has a large array of musical direction. She is currently touring with her band Kitty Hipkiss for the Armed Forces Entertainment as Miss USO, San Diego.
