Artist description
Kronicles is a rock band from New Jersey to watch for. The Joseph Prophesy is their first LP and is the beginning to the story they want to share with the world. Ed Young, ex-owner of The Source Magazine, says "When I first met Kronicles I sensed that they were truly anointed. But that still did not prepare me for how truly awesome their music is. They definitely have great things in store." Formed in 2001 at the victory in a local battle of the bands, they are made up of a singer- Danny, bassist- Juan, guitarist- Johnny, and drummer- Lionel. "We were four guys that loved to play music and we performed a few songs that I wrote for that battle. When we won we decided to make it official and its been a ride ever since," says Danny.Their live performance is full of raw energy. "We take what we do very seriously, but we always have a blast together," says Lionel. Fans have been drawn to their charisma and every show is action packed. "These Jersey boys really know how to rock!," says Rebecca Blacksmith, a radio personality from New Jersey. From the melodic hooks, to the heavy tightness, to the adding of various time signatures, their sound is nothing short of unique and it rises above the common. Juan says, "We want to make our music an experience that can make an impact on all people." The lyrics are evidently spiritual and positive but don稚 cover-up the hardships of life. The power song Fire In My Bones was written as an expression of not being able to bottle up what God pours into a person. Without a doubt this band is on its way to the four corners- the question is, do you want to come along?
