Artist History Born 1962 in Amsterdam, Holland.Started to play classical piano at the age of 8.Performed "Sonate Pastorale" at the small concert hall of the Koncert Gebouw at the age of 11. Started to play pop/rock piano around 20 years old. From 1985 up to 1989 studied at Berklee College of Music, Boston, U.S.A. and graduated in '89 in Film Scoring and took additional courses in Commercial Arranging. Around the same time did several recordings for radio which were broadcasted by the AVRO broad- casting company, Hilversum, Holland. Worked also with 2 Dutch songwriters to compose English/Dutch songs. In 1990 went to Bangkok, Thailand to work with Thai production companies. Composed & arranged pop songs behind Thai lyrics, several jingles and promo's for Thai fashion companies, title and underscore music for Thai Plays and Ballets, contemporary orchestrations for the Bangkok Symphony and Thai Royal Navy Orchestras. In 1995 started to teach piano & music theory courses at the Mahidol University. At present still works with Mahidol University but besides teaching also arranges and orchestrates for their music college graduate cirriculum.
