Musical Influences
A wide range of styles influenced our sound, including Caedmon's Call, Michael W. Smith, David Meece, and other CCM label groups, as well as Matchbox 20, Creed, U2, and Semisonic. Although we don't have any girl singers, we also appreciate Avril Lavigne, Michelle Branch, Vanessa Carlton, and Alanis Morissette. |

Artist History
Dynamic duo Joe Poppino and Brock Dittus have been conspiring together musically since 1996. The earliest recordings of original materials were made with standard analog tape recorders and lots of cheap cables. The musical quality and the lo fidelity recording basically sucked. Later recordings near the end of high school were made with a Tascam Porta2 analoge 4 track recorder; muscial quality was better although not perfect, and the production quality was improving.
Today, the recordings are made on a Boss BR-8 digital recorder in a dormitory room. The group saw the additions of Jordan Anderson (a child prodigy) on guitar, and Lisa Butler on drums, both of whom are currently in high school. |
