Artist description
Stereo Scooter, was a a pale, hispanic boy from Grand Prairie, Texas,
who plays guitar, and bass, sings and uses a drum machine because
he not only doesn't own a drumset, but couldn't play one if he had one.
However, now Stereo Scooter is a power trio, and by power I mean..well
I don't know what I mean exactly, but it includes
bassist Paul burke, and drummer Hector |

I hear I sound a lot like Pavement but I don't really listen to Pavement so I wouldn't know, I guess it's kind of indie, rock, alternative, (place genre here) |

Artist History
After been in a number of failed bands in high school
Stereo Scooter, aka Ed Guadulupe Steigman, decided
that it was time to do things DIY (also he ran out
of musicians in the Grand Prairie area that were
willing to play with him)and he bought himself some
recording equipment and begin making demos, and in the
fall of 2002 Stereo Scooter was created out of the
ashes of such great bands as the Pyrotechnik Eskimos,
Roger, The fast Eddy and the M.O.R.O.N.'s, Everyone
but Gus, Lil' Mac, and Making Jen. Then Paul Burke
joined the line up, along with Shaun. then Shaun left,
so hector joined in. Somewhere in there was Andrew,
Matt, and Chase all at seperate times. Hope you enjoy |
