Artist description
The Name Nordox originates from 3 sources. I loved the name Ultravox and John Foxx, and my favourite region of the world is Scandinavia (Nordic Countries), hence the combination of the three produce my name. I have an emphasis on Heavy Bass, Synth Strings, Reverb & Phasers. The Album Kulture was inspired by Gary Numan's Album - Telekon. One of the last tracks on his CD was a track called "Trois Gymnopedies." I was fascinated in the way Gary played (arranged) it, and as result produced my own version of the song. After that, it continued. Without doubt, Vivaldi is the master of classical music, this is why most of my tracks on Kulture are originally composed by him. My favourite artist is Jean Michel Jarre. My favourite song is 'Cars' by Gary Numan. My 3 favourite albums are 'Oxygene' & 'Equinoxe' by Jean Michel Jarre, and 'Stratosphere' by Tangerine Dream. |

Additional Info
If there will be another CD in the future, it will NOT be classical. This is because Kulture was a one off, I am still experimenting with what style of electronic music best suits me. I will compose all of it. If I will do the cd, expect a lot of special effects with channel panning, and many different types of synth strings and sweep pads. In summer 2003, I did a rough electronic instrumental album with drums using the Boss DR 202, it is 36.5 minutes. |
