Artist description
Shoehouse is Bill Taylor on guitar and vocals, Eric O’Connor on bass and backing vocals, and Mark Miraflor on drums. Bill and Mark previously played together in San Francisco indie stalwarts Peppercorn. Eric is the creative force behind indie popsters Magnetic Health Factory. We are a new band and our mission statement is to bring high quality, ball blasting indie rock to the masses. SF needs a good dose of slamming DIY rock to blow away those bland DJ and boy band blues. We are currently playing all over San Francisco with plans to visit Los Angeles and other far away places soon. Our 4-song demo was recorded by Ian Swanke, formerly of Lower 48 and Spackle, and has produced the single Stay, currently receiving air-play on KUSF. Shoehouse is in the process of putting together a full-length CD which we’ll be forwarding on to many local radio stations, zines, and record labels in the not-so-distant future.
