Artist History
First Second, a five-element rock band, was formed in the late days of August, 2002 by Mário Guilherme, David Fernandes,
Luis Silva, Vasco Vicente, Telmo Vicente and João Sousa.
They're from Setúbal, Portugal, a town with hundreds of talented bands.
One of the main golds of the band since it was founded is to sound like themselves, not lot X or Y.
First Second are in this hard game, not for the victory, not for the fame, just for the music and the love for it!
David, the ex-bass player, was and still is Skapula's bass player, so he left with no problems in December 2002.
A couple of weeks later, João Gonçalves was found (who had been friend of some members
of the band for years) and he agreed to join the band to jam with them...he plays with the band
to this day.
First Second was invited for their first live show by More Than a Thousand in May 10th 2003 with Banshee and Uno45,
After that gig, João Sousa decided to leave the band. The remaining five members have been the same since then
and let's hope they remain like that for a while!
We wish to applause and thank:
