Artist description
MEET THE DUTCH TODD TERRY! (Production capacitywise) *** USUALLY 2 - 3 TRACKS AWAITING APPROVAL BY MP3.COM SO CHECK BACK SOON ***
Dutchman 33 y/o. Profession: Engineer but very versatile in what I engineer. My favourite song of all times is "Work that mutha f*cker" because of its simplicity but still able to entertain. Recently I had to move away from 909/808 drummachine sounds and now use a combination of Yamaha QS300 and still some 808 sounds like timbales, you will notice this in "Kick some bass". I also have some work using breakbeats & a mix of breakbeats & regular beats. |

Press Reviews
Review of Chasing (Chase 2):
Ok, dear God! This song has got some serious drum-play going on here. We got snares a million, a nice little bass, and some stuff I don't think my brain has been able to recognize at this point. Damn, a little more Drum 'N Bass sounding here. The breaks are covered well with a nice little soldier snare playing like a maniac. Hitting the keys is some classic synth and showing its face every here and there is some great scratching samples that give the listener some well-needed diversity. Well done! 'Chasing (Chase 2)' definitely finds its way around the circuit and is FINALLY something I can use to say, "See this is some good stuff, turn off that Mainstream heresy, and listen to something with soul!"
So, here we are, just the reviewer and the artist. You want to know if there is anything you should fix, right? Opinion is just that opinion, but take this gem out of the Club genre, you are not going to get the respect you deserve in there. Take it to House or Drum 'N Bass, not Club; the little ones will not understand your song where it is now. You have a good thing running here, jump the bass and make it hit hard! Hey I like the bass that will send my heart into a stroke.
