Artist History Learned the organ aged 5, double bass at school, piano and more bass at sixth form ending up with grade 8 bass, grade 5 piano, grade 8 theory and a music A-level. Went to Leicester Poly to do music under Gavin Bryars and got a 2:2. Left... played bass in Twin Hazey... signed to Polydor, gigged, released, had a spine removal operation resulting in a TOTP performance... dropped. Session work with Keith for Suggs... what fun! More BBC shows, this time Ben Elton. Started playing with Dale from Catchers and mates and resulting in Portmoon. Quit. Now happily doing it solo. Genius.
