Artist description Local Hero is a 4 piece Hard Rock/Pop band (based out of Central NJ) dedicated to the art of modern day groovin! The sound is best described as a combination of their many influences in Rock music from the likes of KISS and Led Zeppelin to the likes of Metallica, NikelBak, CREED and Alice in Chains. Mix them up, throw them in a blender and you just might get Local Hero!

Artist History Songwriters Jason Iverson and Bill Carmen met in Jan 2002 at a local Open-Mic jam, and in their short time together have completed over 10 originals! with many on the backburner. With the additons of Lulo Bacelo (drums) and Greg Ylagan(Guitar), Local Hero has elevated their music in ways they can't describe with words! Only with music! With all 4 members born and raised in Central Jersey(Freehold, Old Bridge, Sayreville), each member was able to enbrace the roots and history of local Legends such as Springsteen, Bon Jovi and Metallica among others. Each town was rich in musical talent and still is to this day! we wouldnt have it any other way! It's true inspiration to live near these ROCK GIANTS!
