Artist description
Boa’s five-member setup brings to life thick intricately layered alternative rock with an experimental edge. With melodies and rhythms ranging from minimalist to complex, their music remains anchored by eerie heavy grooves. A dynamic tension arising from the continuous construction and deconstruction of melodies propels the songs and sets the stage for an eclectic fusion of styles influenced by classical Indian music, electronica, classic rock, dub, psychedelic, and indie rock. Mellow and spacey trance rock undertones grow into complex grooves fueled by multiple guitars and keyboards to create Boa’s unique sound. |
