Artist History DIGITAL structures is a story about wanting more! The initial plan of releasing all material on one label; Baluns records; materialized as an idea being too narrow so we decided to go for two labels, one techno and one trance. Allthough both labels musically are defined within the "progressive sound" we felt that we needed a broader view when searching for good music to release. So today the label is a fact and the ones claiming that are Peter, Sebastian and Marcus (in this text also referred to as "we") . We've been into the swedish techno scene for a while and we've had the opportunity to see it from all angles; at first just going to the parties and then we started promoting parties ourselves which we still do! Marcus has been dj'ing since '92 and in '96 Marcus and Sebastian started producing together. And me Peter, I'm the guy who's stuck doing this administration thing and honestly.....I enjoy it! But I have been thinking of taking up dj'ing so that I have some achievement to tell my mom so if you own a club and you need a dj - do not hesitate to call!! This label will release what we call "progressive trance" and as the idea of starting a label was the solution to how Marcus and Sebastian could go public with their production, the main artist on the label will be Son Kite! For the time being there are 3 other swedish artists signed for release on the label but as we're constantly on the search for new music, this number will definitly change. As a "finale" we would like to send big thanks to those who've been there along the way and have made this possible!!!
