Artist description POP/STREET SOUND is not a dj set, it is an electro music project from Mexico City that started in 2000. A handy recorder, a computer and some analog instruments were enough to improvise studios in different attics of the metropole, enabling mixing samples from street music, ambulant sellers, and whatever kind of noise that characterises Mexico city The purpose: make an album that "picturises the city and its urban talent" the tracks on this cd go over different genres of electronic music such as house, down tempo, trip hop . d&b.
