Artist description THE DOWN DAYS is a Pop Rock project created by Singer/Songwriter Mark Ferraro. For the past several years, Mark was primarily focused in the Alternative Hard Rock genre fronting bands. This allowed him to explore his wide vocal range, as well as, giving him performance experience at such legendary clubs as CBGB's (NY) and The Whiskey (LA) among others. It was during this period that Mark, an accomplished pianist and drummer, taught himself the guitar and embarked on writing a large repertoire of songs in the Pop Rock genre. Through this journey of musical exploration Mark realized that his creativity and musical prowess would be better served through a new endeavor - THE DOWN DAYS. This three song demo offers a glimpse into what THE DOWN DAYS has in store for the future.
