Artist History Formerly known as "Anima", before Miguel (drum player) entered the group, they renamed the band "Calm Down" after one of their first songs and started playing gigs with that name around Winter 2000. The original line-up has been together since they started playing in 1998. They all met when studying at high school and have been together since then. Unfortunately they had to change three times of drum player until they met Miguel who has fitted perfectly well into the band and has helped them to develop their actual sound. They recorded their first succesful demo (the previous ones were ruined) between the months of April and May 2002 at their rehearsing room.
