Artist History
It seems like only yesterday when Steakhouse made their debut at thehistoric 400 bar in Minneapolis Minnesota. The formula was simple; writea great song and then play the HELL out of it…that’s what they did.Forty five minutes later Steakhouse had the nights headliners (Babes inToyland) on their feet applauding in admiration of the bands threeminute tales of love, death and Ace Frehley.Relocating to New York City less than two years ago, Steakhouse aquiredguitar player Todd Lecuyer and bass player April Fresh (who used to playwith well known Canadian indie rockers Tristan Psionic). They have beenwell received amongst the city’s competitive live music scene regularlyappearing at Arlenes Grocery, The Elbow Room, and Wetlands Preserve.Recently, drummer John Hummel (who also plays with Neil Cassal,ex-Blackfoot lead guitarist) joined the band and upped the level of rockwithin the band. |
