Artist description
Seldom Few's music cannot be easily classified. Each member has arrived at the band from very different musical and personal backgrounds. The overall sound can best be described as upbeat with a rhythm section which changes from pop beats to jazzy syncopation on a dime. The guitars shift between being subtle and relaxed to powerfully aggressive, and the vocals are stongly rooted in the blues and pop traditions. |

Artist History
The band was formed in summer of 1997 by Chris Bradnam. After several personnel changes and a brief stint as a five-piece, Seldom Few finally settled into its current formation. The band has just completed their first album, comprised of thirteen songs with a playing time of just over fifty-seven minutes. The album has been very well received by both fans of the band and new listeners. So well, that the initial pressing has almost completely sold out with demand still remaining. |
