Artist description Rick Rowan is a songwriter with an impressive list of credentials. Upon his arrival in Los Angeles back in the 80s, he was signed by Barton Music (publisher of many classic songs recorded by Frank Sinatra, among others). In Nashville, he co-wrote with several #1 hit songwriters. His songs have been recorded by major label acts and have been featured on network TV. Besides Barton Music, Rowan has written for several music publishing companies in the past (including Famous Music, Pride Music, Welk Music, and Chappell Music), and now has his own independent publishing company, Colella Songs (ASCAP). Currently living in Los Angeles, Rick has recently released his latest CD - Blue Ravine Road. It's a collection of some of his trademark melodic pop songs, recorded as easy listening instrumentals.
