Artist History Based out of L.A. for over twenty-five years, Noel has played with several bands in the local club circuit as both a drummer and guitar player. The groups he has been involved with have ranged anywhere from metal to jazz, but his roots spring from blues with a great influence from the fusion pioneers of the 70's.
