Artist History
Neil Rutman has played clubs in New York City and Los Angeles for 13 years. He has written songs for tv and film as well as music for radio. He has produced songs for several local artists and he produced the premiere CD for the well known southern cal band "The Sundowners." This is his first solo CD. |
