Artist description
Very melodic in my writing. For me, it's all about the mood and feel of the song. Music comes first, then inspires the words and subject matter with the mood of the song. |

Artist History
I first started playing the piano when I was very young at around 7. I would play piano after school until someone drove up in the driveway. As soon as I heard a car drive up, I closed the piano and pretended to watch TV. No one knew I could really play the piano until after high school! At the age of 10 in New Orleans, my brother bought me my first guitar. The summer after that, my brother took me to a BBQ over at Don Henley's, (Boy's of Summer), house. I met Bob Seger, (Old time a rockin roll), and had no idea who he was. He was before my time. He went to Montana with us that summer and my brother told me who he was. That summer, Bob taught me a lot on the guitar. I was fortunate to be around good musicians, my brother at the time shared the same band with Bonnie Raitt. I got to hang and play with those guy. |
