Press Reviews Last Perfect Thing "Music Is The Last Perfect Thing" By Brian Luff - East Coast Rocker New Jersey's music scene is at an all time high right now, with new bands popping up all over the state, while established bands are making a big impact both locally and nationally. One of the inevitable results of successful bands is categorization; either you're a punk band, rock band, hardcore, etc. The list goes on, and New Jersey is home to all types. Take Last Perfect Thing for example, they're a rock band. No, wait, they're a punk band. No, they're a pop band. Okay, you get the point. Asbury Park's LPT supercede these categories and have found the common ground between them all: Great songwriting will speak for itself. These four guys put all they have into their band, and the dedication and hard work has paid off. Last Perfect Thing can say that they have shared the stage with acts like Jimmy's Chicken Shack and Shades Apart, put out an EP and a full-length CD on their own, and show no signs of stopping.
