Artist History
Indigenous to West Seattle’s Delridge neighborhood, Otha has been working on his unique brand of vocal percussion since he was four years old. Over the years, Otha’s style evolved from beat box to something that would more appropriately be labeled vocal percussion. The outcome of twenty years of training is reflected in the groove onslaught of his first album. Those you have witnessed Otha perform at “The Nation,” “The Spot” and various open mikes can vouch that the live performance is something to be experienced to be believed. |
