Artist History
The Los Nice Guys sound is a South Texas blend of Country, Light Rock and Tejano music. The band plays all original music, written by Larry Magee. The songs are based on the teachings of the Bahá'í Faith. For example, the band's signature song - "Buddhist-Baptist-Catholic-Jew" is an amusing treatment of the Bahá'í belief that all the major religions are true and have come from one loving God. Most of the lyrics in Spanish are taken directly from the Bahá'í Sacred Writings.
The band performs mainly in Texas. The typical venue will be at a function such as Earth Day, Race Unity Day, World Peace Day etc. Larry Magee plays a solo version of the songs at San Antonio coffee houses.
