Artist History Born in Portugal, he grew up in liberal minded family his father a musician and his mother a portuguese folk singer, he naturally grew an attraction to music. Life was very dificult there and a new start in toronto gave him the opportunity for a fresh start. Joelgroove picked up the guitar at 9 and has been performing and recording ever since.
