Artist History
Aethyrphlux has evolved from previous works such as The Clap, Virus 19, Catalyst, cakeworm, BAST, and subNOXalpha.
He began his sound experiments in 1996 with an appropriated mixing board, a microphone and a small library of found sounds.
During the evolution of Aethyrphlux, his arsenal has increased dramatically, as has his grasp on the techniques he chooses to incorporate into the project.
Harboring a deep-seated interest in metaphysics and human aural response, the project has been primarily used to introduce trance states to the listener.
It is also clearly obvious that some of his work has been a product of pure boredom, but he sees no reason to not make public any and all of his aural ramblings.
The music of Aethyrphlux is composed and produced in an environment free of drugs, although his philosophy is by no means anti-drug, in case you were wondering.
Aethyrphlux encourages listeners to contact him. |
