Artist description
These four transplants have found a sound to combat with all their noisy Nashville neighbors. AMERICAN CHILLS have a stripped down style of rock that their loyal audience craves. The lead singer's voice is sweet and then suddenly has edge. AMERICAN CHILLS does not fit into any one Stereo-type. It is their great songs and high-energy shows that say it all. December brings their debut cd, NINE TIMES, which proves the band's unique sound and memorable melodies. Look for the cd release and show dates on their website. hµ |

Artist History
Meeting at a mutual friend's party in Nashville, Mike and Amy hit it off and in 2000 started a band.
Lex was introduced at a local hangout, Flying Saucer, and quickly became the drummer. After many rehearsals and two guitar players later, Mike's brother Andrew filled the slot as lead guitar player and the AMERICAN CHILLS were complete. The band is currently finishing their debut cd, NINE TIMES, which will be available at their shows, local record shops, and on their website. s |
