Artist History After some years of zen meditation I took part in a shakuhachi seminar. The shakuhachi is the traditional instrument of ancient komuso zen monks. The shakuhachi is very hard to play. It takes many many years to become a master and I am very far from this aim. But I love the varied sounds of this instrument.
