Artist History Herty started her singing career very young. At the age of 14 formed a girl group named IVIA, very successful around the country. With this group she recorded 4 productions as interpreter and songwriter. Ivia has been said to be one of the best female groups of pop music in Bolivia. Later, she was part of several rock and jazz groups and finally she became solo singer. Her last production "La música en el alma" was recorded in cooperation with arranger Rene Calderon, experienced Chilean musician, conductor in serveral occasions of the Festival de Viña del Mar orchestra and winner of the Festival in 2 opportunities. Herty has also participated in the music of national films such as "Para recibir el canto de los pájaros" (featuring Geraldin Chaplin) directed by Jorge Sanjinés, and "Cuestión de Fe", directed by Marcos Loayza, two of the most recognized Bolivian film directors.
