Artist History Off Limits was formed in August 2001 when Johnny, Joe, and Eric, members of the funk rock band Moflo, joined up with Darcie Rae, former singer of the band Grandma Sugar. Both bands used to gig the LA scene(The Whiskey A Go Go, The Roxy, etc.) together before Moflo parted ways with their previous singer, and Grandma Sugar broke up. When these seemingly unfortunate events took place, Darcie, Joe, Johnny and Eric united to form Off Limits.
