'Sassafras Lake' is a heart-tugging story song that many will identify with.” —Patrick Arena, southernvoice.com “Every so often a gay songwriter bares his soul so unequivo cally that it summons the protective instincts of his listeners…a highly emotive and gently gliding collection that will surely make you smile — if you’re butch enough to let it all in.” — Karen Iris Tucker, NEW YORK BLADE ”Heartfelt, unabashed honesty...unforgettable.” —Kai Andersen, DA KINE, Honolulu “One of this year’s best.” —JD Doyle, KPFT-FM, Houston, TXX
