A Scream Worth Hearing
A breath of fresh air that was bound to come. Millions of people longing for hope. An age of reason that holds no truth. And finally someone arrives with some answers.
A revolution is coming around the corner, led by the most unlikely of leaders. The world is burning as it revolves around a twenty three degree axis. And four guys, under the sheath called Samwise, have decided to change everything.
Samwise has a become a simple band in such a complicated world. Fueled by a passion for music and being fed up with the selfish humanism that has plagued a generation, the lineup began to form. In late 2000 guitarist Chris Conley and vocalist Josh Iddings began to collaborate musically and invited good friend, bassist Eric Delong, to join the forces. The group would not be complete without drummer Scott Jarvis behind the set. This collaboration of dedicated friends and musicians began to shed light on a serious problem in the band’s local scene. It seemed as though apathy and triteness plagued club after club. Unwilling to settle for this musical epidemic, Samwise was unhindered from composing powerful, emotional, and thought provoking music.
Samwise began to blend their simple styles of everything they had ever felt internally. The hard part was expressing those ideas musically. The easy part was portraying those ideas on stage. Their splurge of musical styles is like nothing else offered. To say that a Samwise show is an experience is a serious understatement. This is evident in the quickly growing fan base that Samwise has generated in such a short period of time.
The idea was simple. Give the world something worth hearing. Give the world something filled with passion and love. Give the world something to fill the emptiness in their lives. Give the world everything we had to offer. This is exactly what Samwise has done. The experience of a show is nothing less than energetic and exciting. Samwise will never compromise the message the world has to hear. We are nothing but dirt trying to breathe in this smoke infested world. Take hold of the truth and do not believe the lies you have been fed your entire life. There is more to this world than death. We offer you a life of peace and understanding.
