Artist description
Brian has been playing for a long time but he has been "making stuff up" for even longer.
He describes himself as "a compulsive writer" and he enjoys performing either solo, with
partner Nick Ciampi (in the folk duo "The Otisville Sluggers"), or with his band The Unique
American Music Experience. He plays a fusion of country, jazz, folk, punk, rock, and spoken
word that he calls Unique American Music. He performs frequently in the area of Redding, Ca.
and is known to have several lawyers on retainer. |

Artist History
1988 Started Playing Drums at the age of 14.
1990 Played with "The Sanctuary" featuring Brad Pease on guitar and vocals and Brendon S. Flynn on Bass.
1991 Began college at University of California, Berkeley. Took part in various musical explorations.
1994 Played drums in Pocketwatch with Jefferson V. Clinton, Jacob Lindsay, and Damon Smith. 'twas a punk-jazz combo in the Oakland area.
1995-1996 Played drums for the great Brandon Ross, who deserves to be well-known
1997 Began playing solo at the Starry Plough, The Hotel Utah, and Egbert Souse's
1997 Started The Unique American Music Experience with Kevin, Denis, and Brendan Kenny plus Brian J. Danforth, and Jefferson V. Clinton (the 52nd President of the United States of America).
1997 Records "Grandma's Album"
1999 Records "Quality Junk" in San Francisco, Ca., Oakland, Ca., and Leuven, Belgium
2000 Starts Playing shows with the venerable Nick Ciampi
2001 Forms The Otisville Sluggers with Ciampi
2001 Records "Queen Anne Girl" in West Seattle on 9/9/01
2002 Begins work the mysterious "Anthology Of Unique American Music"
