Artist description
PAROUSIA IS...
A raging inferno of bone crushing guitars and wicked rhythem -- a menancing giant spider with heavy metal boots. A powerhouse of heavenly madness...
Based in Miami Florida, this band is known for taking listners to another world with their intoxicating mix of musical wizardry and energized stage presence. From the first crack of the intense guitar riffs you know you are in for one hell of a show. This wall of sound is not for the timid.
Every song speaks a message that cuts to the heart and wraps around the soul. The words are confrontational and in your face. The message is clear and to the point. No wimps allowed. But don't let the mayhem and madness fool you, when they do slow (which isn't very often) their ballads do nothing less than pull the captive heavenward.
It's never a dull moment when the band takes the stage. The confidence and mastery of their craft are only a witness to the hard work and dedication that has gone into perfecting what they do. Arena sound in a ball of fire. A diatonic chaos of maddening proportions. Certainly a force to be contended with, a sound so threatening and yet so reassuring that only by experiencing it can you know that life reigns here.
Ten years in the making, this band has paid it's dues. In it's journey to perfection, it has arrived at a sound that has all the elements of today, and all the newness of tomorrow. Give a listen and you too will know that -- Parousia, is "what the world is coming to." |
