Artist History it started with Nick Wan with Remy Chan and a crap load of freshmen at new school Technology High School. everyone really accepted it actually. after covering a The Rubberband song [judgment] and turning that into the base that is 1-2-tree. it started with nick, Remy, and kevin gross on the bass. no drummer was selected until we just kinda put people into the band that didn?t really wanna BE in the band... ehhehehe... but anyways, it was more of a joke band than anything at all. as we went through drummers we finally ended up pulling my brother out from playing video games to drumming in a band. to pass the time in his room, and to practice drums at the same time, the infamous joke appeared... "so you are going to stop playing real drums to go inside and play virtual drums." alas, bassist Kevin wasn?t as committed as nick, jon-0 [pssht, he cant even spell com..m..it..and..ed..e...y..], and remy. so remy was told to kick Kevin out of the band and replace him with go-to man Bradley hieser. remy was also pretty lazy but still committed. His decisions included... nothing... but he did obey commands, which is nice. Nick was struggling to put together an EP and did succeed in making one! But utterly failed in making a pleasing one. It was basically him with one some with jon-0 on drums. Remy was following tabs nick would put out and send. The band would hit a depression though. As nick headed for Minneapolis to chill with his papa for the summer, Remy was getting better at guitar. jon-0 was missing drum lessons. nick didn?t have a guitar in Minneapolis. and 1-2-Tree was on a summer hiatious [1 of 3]. jon-0 didn?t care for tree during vacation time/no practice time due to his extensive video game playing he has endured and conquered. nick resulted into an illness of SGE [severe guitar exemption] and lost all calluses. He drew a fret board on his palm with a Sharpe and practiced guitar with memory stored sounds in his head. While putting together the ?1-2-Tree Presents? Cover Songs!? CD, Remy refused to sing lead in one of the songs. Since he wouldn?t sing, wasn?t as hot on the guitar as nick, and was so lazy that nick had no choice but to kick remy out. Word would get back the brad and we would have to scout out a new guitarist. We found one after a connection from a girl named Erica. A girl names Jenn Judge would fill the place of remy ith a whopping resume of 2 years of playing guitar and 4 guitars in her possession she was nick?s #1 pick in the search. As the Cover CD would come into tabbing and rehearsing, brad started to really get the bass down. Bradley was a guitarist before playing bass and when nick taught him parts to playing the guitar he picked up quite quickly. He went on a spree of nirvana bootlegs and toastmachine bootlegs until he finally got the basic bass methods down. As for nick, he headed back home and got back into the mood of the guitar. He was busting out new riffs he learned by palm/ear when he has SGE. Well, jenn did miss practices due to confusion amongst the band of which member should of told her what house and such, and the guitar parts were easy enough to be covered by one guitar, so nick rightfully kicked another member out. Down to 3 members, tree was better than ever. Bradley and nick really came together as one. They were musically attached to the hip. And the chest. And the kidney. And the penis. And the thigh. And foot. Make that feet. But anyways, they wrote not too many songs but knew how to play together. Jon-0 wasn?t into playing due to the low popularity gained over the 6-month span time. He wouldn?t practice with the band unless everyone was ready? so he never practiced with the band. But then, a hiatious occurred once again [2 of 3 hiatiouses] due to no set practices. The short hiatious would be broken and dates were set every Saturday at 2PM. Nick would write lyrics. And a lot of freaking lyrics. He filled 2 journals with crappy lyrics. Brad was on a writter?s block due to that thing all guitarists and bassists have in the beginning? every beat sounds the same. Well, hiatious 3 was basically a threat that tree was gonna break up. And they didn?t but they did go on a writing hiatious. And yet, a surprise to even nick, brad threatened to leave the band. Nick was getting pretty afraid cuz he kicked everyone out of the band and if brad left that?d just be bad. Well, brad didn?t leave and we have practice TOMMOROW! RECORDING NEW CD OUT MID OCTOBER! YES!
