Artist description TRUEMAN, recovering lawyer and music school graduate, is part of the growing population of do-it-yourself (DIY) artists who make, promote, and distribute their own music. Thanks to technology, it is easy to become a DIY artist. It is also important work. Obviously plenty of artists signed to major labels suck and plenty of great artists are unsigned. Popular radio and major record labels offer a tiny roster of artists designed to appeal to a common denominator. Is that what you are? Will you let that define our culture? Rebel against the big consolidated, conglomerate media manipulators and seek out something other than their cookie-cutter crap. Copying this music is encouraged as long as no income is generated.
