Artist History Lived 12years in Nepal,8 of which as a monk in a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery. Born in Singapore in 1948 and being exposed to different Asian and Western music he quickly established himself as a musician in the mid '60s. Worked as a musician all over,Asia,Australia,Canada and the USA 'til 1979 when he dedicated himself to Buddhism Thubten now lives in Germany together with his German wife,Sibylle and two boys,Tashi and Yeshe. Music is still his great passion and Thubten is now composing music drawing from his past and varied life experiences.
