Artist description Christian Vestergaard Nielsen, born 1980, pianist and organist. Is locally known for many varied concerts and a big repertoire. Is currently working in two churches, playing the church organ.

Artist History I started my piano lessons at age 11 at a local organist. Two years later I had already written my first couple of pieces, very short piano things. In 1995 I won first place in a contest for young composers with my opus 7. Four years later, in 1999, I started learning to play the church organ. 2001. Started attending the school for church musicians in order to get the 'small' organist education before heading for the conservatory.
