Artist History
A lark of a collaboration between poet Viggo Mortensen and his friend Duke McVinnie's band is recognized by local spoken word impressaria and KCRW DJ as something to be reckoned with and as such is put on the air live on her show 10 September, 1993. Theo Mondle (Joe Frank) at the dials works into the noise like the mythical fifth Beatle and voila! What you hear is what was got.
