Artist History
Formed in 1996, The Freeloaders started playing together while attending Northville High School, in Northville, MI: a suburb of Detroit. The band played small clubs throughout their High School career and went on to win the ROR Concerts battle of the bands at St. Andrew's Hall in 1998. That same year they released a 10 song album entitled "Chocolate Fantasy" on Addiction Records(a local record company). Driven by their catchy tunes, and insane live shows, The Freeloaders are now growing a fan base in the greater detroit area and can be found playing gigs in Detroit, East Lansing, and Kalamazoo. The band broke up in the summer of 2000. |
