Artist History HEAVY WATER was formed in May of 96 when I met Mike Handler (bass) we auditioned many drummers in the Los Angeles area and finally we auditioned Steve (boom, boom) Bernardino, Mike said, "I knew he could handle anything we could throw at him, and he did." After only three hours of rehearsal the band went in the studio and recorded their ten hit wonder.
