Artist description
We are professional oriented artists, performers, and engineers delivering high impact presentations on demand. Hard work and dedication to diversity, enligtenment, and achievement through art and music are at the core of our mission. The art that we perpetuate is an extension of our own self reflections sustained by tribal/historical/contemporary representations of rhythms and harmonies.. Gravel Bath is an in your face 4 piece Rock band featuring the deliberate percussive time keeping of Billy "The Stick" Lilly; The thunderous rhythmic Wrath of basshead Ede_G; The melodic and hair ripping leads of Gary Fraz ; And the mysterious rhyme, rage, and vocal terror of Mister Void. All come together to create a spectacle that excercises the eyes and ears of spectators.

Artist History
Gravel Bath was formed in the fall of 1994. Being founding members of Gravel Bath: Ede_G and Billy "The Stick" shared a vision of bringing original music into an oversaturated cover band scene in Peoria, IL. In 1997 we went legit, and started performing in the midwest region as an all original group of artists and performers. Born and tempered of the Peoria, IL Underground music community., the band found itself gaining huge regional success's. Gravel Bath released it's Debut cd called "It's A Stone Groove" in August 1999 at the MadisonTheatre in Downtown Peoria. These acomplishments do not go without mentioning the gratitude and thanxs we have for our mentors and guides, such as the infamous Bloody F. Mess, Metallica Tribute-"Battery"(Frank, John, Lawrence, and Phil) and other valued friends in the local music industry and media . The band has since been going through an evolutionary process, as we surround ourselves with the right people for attaining our collective goals. In the year 2000, Mister Void, as he call himself, came with us to the studio, when we were recording a single called "choke". We were functioning as a three piece band at the time. He was relentless in his desire to be a part of the band's growing capacity to create and perform. Turns out he was the vocalist the band had always been searching for. His debut contribution to the band is represented in the single "Sight 4 Sore Eyes." Gravel Bath began elvolving into a more versatile, and capable group of musicians, artists, and engineers. In late 2000, our original guitarist Garman, decided to pursue a life not centered on the demands of the road; however, The band continues to evolve and grow tour wise with the help of talented musicians such as friends that love the legend and come to support it, and a few haters here and there. Gravel Bath is also very much a part of helping other artists attain their production goals. Our engineering and production services are represented by such artists as: Stinky Pete Studios, Newborn Aggression, MedianView, SL@VE, 1Shot1Kill, and Insanity's Playground, to name a few. We offer live performances, teaching, engineering, and mastering services to those who seek us out for them. |
