A NEW DIMENSION Just two nights ago, I was treated to an incredible feast of central Florida local music at one of the premiere music hot spots, Lost & Found. There were four bands scheduled for that night, three of which I had the pleasure to see in action. One band, in particular, stood out like a flawless gem in a sea of treasure, and that band was The Curve . My musical cravings were overwhelmed with a trio of front men in lead vocalist Michael Sanchez, lead guitarist Biaggio Cangiano and rhythm guitarist Phil Galfano. This threesome's combined stage presence electrifies the audience and brings out the full effect of what their music stands for. However, there would be a void within it all, if it wasn't for the combined talents of bassist Chris Delorenzo and drummer Gary Morocco. These two take a shining star ( in Sanchez, Cangiano and Galfano ) and illuminates its brilliance with uncanny ease. I cannot complete this experience without taking a moment and discussing what I witnessed behind the scenes. Here is a band that has a complete and utter devotion to their fans, which is a rare quality that is lacking in this business today. The way in which they carry themselves suggests an air of confidence and dedication, without the " I'm a Rock star and you are not" attitude. Finally, The band proved to me their seriousness and devotion to make their goals happen instead of waiting for success to find them. Whoever wakes up and brings this band to the top will have a lasting and powerful act for years to come. To music fans everywhere: go out and get a copy of one of the best bands to hit the Florida music scene in recent times. I would also recommend get to a live show and get your CD autographed before security holds you back. A huge "thumbs up" to The Curve and I wish them the best of luck! -Kenneth Bennett
