Artist History
Matt Spitz started Outbound as an idea while riding on MUNI, San Francisco's public transportation system. He went home and recorded a mini-demo on his home computer. Eventually, he recorded some songs with Chris Daniels, and after a few months, they got Miles Escobedo to drum with them. They lacked a bassist for a long time, but at Jazz Camp West, Chris and Matt ran into Matt Payne, a man of varied and eclectic musical abilities. Since then, they've been jamming and playing gigs in the San Francisco Bay Area. |
