Artist History james kelly pitts started out as a more lo-fi intentioned artist. after a few years of writing and recording, different musical preferences started to take over in the songs. eventually, james moved from florida to washington state, renamed his solo project elway, and played shows with such diverse acts as as i lay dying, haste, gods among men, and all girl summer fun band. currently on hiatus from performing, elway hopes to write and record through 2003 and early 2004 and begin playing shows again summer of 04.
